If you thrive in a mission-driven environment and enjoy making a meaningful impact in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs an Economic Mobility Concierge, you will:\nServe as the primary point of contact for participants throughout their workforce development journey.\nConduct comprehensive assessments to identify employment goals, barriers, strengths, and support needs.\nDevelop individualized service plans and career pathways to help participants achieve self-sufficiency.\nProvide ongoing case management, coaching, and follow-up services.\nConnect participants with employment opportunities, education, training programs, and supportive services.\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS).\nMonitor participant progress and ensure compliance with program requirements and funding regulations.\nCollaborate with employers, training providers, community partners, and internal staff to support participant success.\nAssist participants in accessing resources related to housing, transportation, childcare, financial stability, and other barriers to employment.\nStay informed about workforce development trends, community resources, and regulatory updates affecting service delivery.\nWhy Join Xiente?\nAt Xiente, we believe economic mobility transforms lives.
