developmentally appropriate.\nBehavior Management:\nUtilize positive behavior management techniques to maintain a calm and orderly classroom.\nEstablish and enforce classroom rules and routines that are consistent with the center’s policies.\nCollaboration:\nWork closely with other teachers, assistants, and staff members to ensure a smooth transition between classroom teachers.\nCommunicate effectively with other staff to understand the needs and expectations of each classroom.\nParent Communication:\nCommunicate with parents as needed, providing updates on their child’s day and
