This role is responsible for managing organizational IT systems, maintaining network security, supporting staff technology needs, and implementing innovative technology solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional with strong experience in network administration, Microsoft 365, hardware deployment, cybersecurity, and end-user support. This position requires someone who can balance strategic technology initiatives with day-to-day technical support across multiple locations.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnology Systems & Infrastructure\nManage, maintain, and optimize organizational technology systems, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ChildPlus, and related business applications.\nInstall, configure, and support desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheral devices.\nMaintain and support Ubiquiti (UniFi) network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points, cameras, and firewall systems.\nOversee hardware and software deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management.\nNetwork Security & Compliance\nEnsure network security, system integrity, and data confidentiality through established IT policies and best practices.\nMonitor technology environments and implement security updates, patches, and preventative measures.\nConduct periodic IT audits and security assessments to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.\nMaintain licensing compliance and technology asset inventories.\nTechnical Support & Training\nProvide timely troubleshooting and technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.\nCreate user documentation, training materials, and technology guides.\nTrain staff on organizational technology platforms and technology best practices.\nProject Management & Vendor Coordination\nCoordinate IT projects with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and completion.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.\nManage relationships with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers.\nAssist with technology procurement and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nPrepare reports on network performance, system reliability, cybersecurity, and technology utilization.\nAnalyze organizational technology needs and recommend improvements and enhancements.\nSupport technology planning and future infrastructure initiatives.\nRequirements\na { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }\nQualifications\nRequired Education & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n4-6 years of progressive IT support, systems administration, or network administration experience.\nExperience supporting cloud-based environments and enterprise technology solutions.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong proficiency with: Microsoft 365 Administration\n Microsoft Intune\n Active Directory / Entra ID\n Salesforce\n ChildPlus\n Ubiquiti (UniFi) networking environment\n\nExperience configuring and maintaining: Routers\n Switches\n Firewalls\n Wireless networks\n Security cameras\n Network cabling\n\nKnowledge of user account administration, permissions management, file security, and group policies.\nUnderstanding of IT security principles, system monitoring, and disaster recovery best practices.\nAdditional Requirements\nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nAbility to travel between organizational locations as needed.\nAbility to obtain and maintain: PA Child Abuse Clearance\n PA Criminal History Clearance\n FBI Fingerprint Clearance\n National Sex Offender Registry Clearance\n\nWhy Join Xiente?\nAt Xiente, technology plays a critical role in supporting programs that strengthen children, families, and communities.
