We value individuals who ask questions, challenge the status quo, and want to grow while making a real difference.\nAbout the Role\nThe Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in activating value for our customers and for XiFin.\nIn this role, you are accountable for ensuring customers successfully adopt XiFin’s solutions and reach go-live in a timely, predictable manner in order to enable revenue activation, operational efficiency, and improved patient and provider outcomes. Beyond delivery, this role directly impacts the customer experience. You will serve as the central point of coordination and trust, guiding customers through complex implementations and ensuring they feel confident, supported, and set up for long-term success.\nThe Project Manager owns the successful delivery of customer implementations across XiFin’s Empower RCM solution, as well as integrated product solutions supporting pharmacy-based customers.\nThis role leads complex, multi-workstream implementations that often include technical integrations, payer and trading partner dependencies, and clinical or pharmacy workflows. You are responsible for end-to-end execution from project kickoff through go-live and stabilization.\nSuccess in this role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments while effectively navigating diverse stakeholders and priorities.\nHow you will make an impact:\nOwn Delivery & Outcomes\nLead end-to-end implementation efforts, ensuring customers reach go-live successfully and on schedule\nOwn overall project outcomes, including scope, timeline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction\nDrive accountability across internal teams and customer stakeholders\nDeliver an Exceptional Customer Experience\nAct as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers throughout implementation\nSet clear expectations, proactively communicate risks and decisions, and maintain strong relationships\nEnsure customers are confident in both the solution and the process\nDrive Structure & Process Improvement\nBring clarity and consistency to project execution in environments that may lack defined processes\nIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across implementations\nPartner with leadership and cross-functional teams to introduce scalable, practical process improvements\nCoordinate Complex Workstreams\nManage and track key implementation activities, including:\nConversion file development and validation\nHL7 interfaces and/or web service transactions\nEDI payer enrollment and pre-live testing\nClaim, eligibility, or transaction testing prior to go-live\nCoordinate across product, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum\nSupport Go -Live & Adoption\nCoordinate training plans, schedules, and readiness activities\nConfirm go-live support coverage and execution plans\nGuide customers through go-live and early production stabilization\nMaintain Governance & Visibility\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and milestone reporting\nTrack risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate\nMaintain documentation aligned with internal protocols and audit requirements\nThis is an onsite position at our office in San Diego, CA.\nWhat you will bring to the team: \nWe’re looking for someone with a project management mindset who is passionate about the customer experience. The expected annual salary range for this role is $118,000 - $140,000, based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.\nDepending on your qualifications, you may be considered for either an Implementation Manager or Senior Implementation Manager title.
