This individual will drive technical excellence and foster collaboration across our onshore and offshore teams while ensuring the reliability and innovation of our SaaS-based healthcare technology platforms.\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, scaling cloud-based systems, and delivering enterprise-grade software products. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, influencing architecture, process improvements, and talent development.\nThis is an onsite position at our office in Dallas, TX.\nThis position is not eligible for employment sponsorship now or in the future.
