We value individuals who ask questions, challenge the status quo, and want to grow while making a real difference.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter who can step in quickly, take ownership of open positions, and deliver high-quality talent.\nThis role is for someone who has built their career around recruiting and knows how to hit the ground running. You love the hunt, know how to find talent others may not, can evaluate candidates beyond the resume, and understand that great recruiting is about quality, not simply filling a requisition.\nYou will work directly with hiring managers and leaders across the organization, from front-line management through the executive level, and independently own your searches from beginning to end. From the initial intake through sourcing, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer and close, you own the search.\nHow you will make an impact:\nIn this role, you’ll:\nQuickly take ownership of assigned requisitions and develop a clear understanding of the business need, role requirements, success profile, and candidate market. \nLead effective intake conversations with hiring managers, asking the right questions to get beyond the job description and understand who they really need. \nDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent, including passive candidates who may not be actively looking. \nSource, engage, interview, and assess candidates, looking beyond the resume to understand capabilities, motivation, communication skills, and alignment with the opportunity. \nPresent hiring managers with high-quality, well-vetted candidates, focusing on the strength of the slate rather than the volume of resumes. \nBuild credibility quickly with hiring managers and leaders, providing candid market insight, recruiting expertise, and recommendations throughout the search. \nKeep searches moving by proactively identifying challenges, adjusting strategies, and maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates. \nManage the entire candidate journey, including sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview management, feedback, offers, negotiation, and closing. \nDeliver a strong candidate experience through responsive, transparent, and timely communication. \nRepresent the company and our opportunities in a compelling and authentic way to prospective candidates maintaining strong communication throughout the process and delivering an excellent candidate experience regardless of outcome\nManage candidate submissions, interview coordination, feedback, offer development and negotiation, and pre-close activities within the ATS\nKeep hiring managers informed on pipeline quality, market challenges, search progress, and recommended adjustments. \nTake complete ownership for assigned requisitions, proactively identifying and resolving issues rather than waiting for direction. \nWhat you will bring to the role: \nYou might be a great fit if you:\nAre driven by quality and take pride in finding the right candidate, not simply filling a position. \nAre a self-starter who can come into a new environment, quickly figure out what needs to be done, and get moving. \nAre naturally curious and ask the questions that help you quickly understand the business, the role, and what will make someone successful. \nAre an exceptional communicator who builds credibility quickly and can connect just as effectively with a candidate as you can with a senior executive. \nAre confident and consultative. You love finding great people, and this is the work you want to do.\nSkills and experience you have:\nYou don’t need to check every box. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including:\n7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a career primarily focused on talent acquisition and recruiting. \nDemonstrated success stepping into new organizations or recruiting environments and independently managing searches with minimal ramp-up. \nA proven track record of identifying, recruiting, and closing high-quality talent across professional, leadership, and executive-level positions. \nDeep experience with proactive sourcing and the ability to identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, targeted research, and other sourcing strategies. \nProven experience independently managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate outreach, interviewing and assessment, candidate presentation, interview management, offers, negotiation, and closing. \nExperience partnering directly with senior and executive leaders and the ability to establish credibility quickly at all levels of an organization. \nDemonstrated ability to translate a hiring manager's needs into a clear candidate profile and effective search strategy. \nExperience managing multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail. \nStrong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting and sourcing technologies. \nStrong negotiation and closing skills, including the ability to understand candidate motivations, anticipate concerns, and successfully navigate offers.\nPay Transparency\nAt XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness.
