We value individuals who ask questions, challenge the status quo, and want to grow while making a real difference.\nAbout the Role\nXiFin's new Project Management Office is looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead complex technology and cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to close. Reporting to the Director, PMO, you will own a portfolio of projects spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, driving planning, execution, and delivery while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed. This is an individual contributor role at the center of how XiFin gets cross-functional work done: you will manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications for each project you lead, and you will use AI-enabled tools to work more efficiently and keep your projects on track.\nThis position will be located at our offices in San Diego, CA.\nHow you will make an impact:\nIn this role, you’ll be responsible for:\nProject Planning & Execution\nLead complex technology and cross-functional projects from intake through close, building project plans, timelines, and resourcing estimates\nManage day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent projects, keeping work on track against scope, schedule, and budget\nIdentify risks and dependencies early, and drive issues to resolution before they affect delivery\nCross-Functional Coordination\nPartner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on priorities, scope, and timelines\nFacilitate project meetings, working sessions, and check-ins that keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving forward\nServe as the primary point of contact for your projects, escalating decisions and trade-offs to the right stakeholders as needed\nAI-Enabled Project Management\nUse AI-enabled tools to streamline project tracking, status reporting, and documentation\nApply AI tools introduced by the PMO consistently across your projects, and share feedback that helps improve how the team uses them\nReporting & Documentation\nMaintain clear, up-to-date project documentation, including charters, status reports, and meeting notes\nProvide regular status updates to stakeholders and PMO leadership using the PMO's standard reporting formats\nCapture lessons learned at the close of each project to inform how future projects are run\nWhat you will bring to the team:\nWe’re looking for someone with a growth mindset and a passion for learning. The expected annual salary range for this role is: $128,000-$150,000. Typically, new hires will start closer to the entry point for the pay range.\nDepending on your qualifications, you may be considered for either a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager title.
