Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States.\nHow you will make an impact:\nIn this role, you’ll:\nSoftware Design & Development\nDesign and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions using Java and modern web technologies.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into well-architected software designs.\nBuild high-performance services and user interfaces that support mission-critical production workflows.\nDevelop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that aligns with engineering standards and best practices.\nContribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\nFull Stack Engineering\nDevelop backend services using Java and Spring frameworks including Spring MVC, Spring Security, and JDBC.\nBuild modern user interfaces using JavaScript technologies such as React and jQuery, along with frameworks including Angular or Vue when appropriate.\nDesign APIs and web services that enable seamless integration across internal and external systems.\nWork across the technology stack to ensure reliable and performant application behavior.\nTechnical Leadership & Team Guidance\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.\nReview code and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and quality.\nGuide teams in adopting best practices related to software architecture, testing, and performance optimization.\nPartner with engineering leaders to identify and implement improvements in development processes and tooling.\nCollaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement\nWork closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.\nParticipate in design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.\nSupport teams in troubleshooting complex technical challenges and production issues.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and developer productivity.\nAdvocate for improvements in testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards.\nContribute to evolving engineering practices and technical strategy across the organization.\nWhat you will bring to the team: \nWe’re looking for someone with a growth mindset and a passion for learning.
