This role sits at the intersection of LLMs, data, platforms, and enterprise systems, and requires strong engineering discipline combined with practical AI implementation experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign and implement AI components within enterprise AI platforms, including LLM-based solutions.\n\nBuild and optimize LLM orchestration workflows, including prompt engineering, chaining, and tool integration.\n\nDevelop and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using structured and unstructured enterprise data.\n\nIntegrate AI capabilities with internal enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, knowledge bases, and APIs.\n\nWork closely with platform architects to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.\n\nImplement monitoring, logging, and evaluation mechanisms for AI performance, quality, and cost.\n\nSupport deployment across cloud or on-prem environments and contribute to continuous improvement of the AI platform\n\nCollaborate with Security and Governance teams to embed explainability and human-in-the-loop controls.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\nStrong programming skills in Python (mandatory).\n\nHands-on experience with LLMs such as Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and open-source models.\n\nExperience implementing RAG architecture, vector databases, and embeddings.\n\nFamiliarity with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools.\n\nExperience working with APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerized deployments.\n\nBasic understanding of MLOps / DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and versioning.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nExperience with conversational AI platforms.\n\nKnowledge of data privacy, security, or compliance considerations in AI systems.\n\nExperience working in regulated industries.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI engineering roles.\n\nStrong engineering fundamentals with applied AI experience.\n\nCuriosity to learn and adapt to a fast-evolving AI landscape.\n\nClear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.\n\nBenefits:\n\nA highly competitive compensation package.\n\nMedical benefits (with cover for family).\n\nAn international and diverse work atmosphere working with large clients in multiple geographies.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\n\nAt Xitricon, we are building a company where a diverse mix of talented people want to come, stay, and do their best work.
