The individual serves as the primary point of contact for project oversight, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, managing project resources, maintaining quality standards, and supporting client objectives. In addition to traditional project management duties, the Project Manager provides subject matter expertise and executive-level support in program oversight, stakeholder engagement, quality management, risk management, and organizational communications.\nThe Project Director serves as the senior project lead responsible for program oversight, customer engagement, quality management, performance reporting, risk mitigation, executive communications, and overall contract success. \nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Management\nProvide overall project leadership and oversight.\n\nManage day-to-day contract operations, staffing, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.\n\nEnsure compliance with contract requirements, policies, and performance standards.\n\nCoordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.\n\nQuality Assurance\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and performance standards.\n\nMonitor project execution to ensure deliverables meet contractual and customer expectations.\n\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and process enhancement.\n\nStakeholder Communications\nServe as the primary liaison between the Government and project team.\n\nFacilitate communication among program stakeholders, leadership, and support personnel.\n\nPrepare and deliver executive briefings, presentations, and program status updates.\n\nSupport customer engagement activities and maintain strong client relationships.\n\nPerformance Reporting\nEstablish and maintain technical, operational, and financial reporting mechanisms.\n\nTrack project progress against milestones, schedules, and performance metrics.\n\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc project reports for Government review.\n\nAnalyze performance data and recommend corrective actions when necessary.\n\nRisk Management\nIdentify, assess, and monitor project risks and issues.\n\nDevelop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.\n\nEscalate critical risks and challenges to Government leadership as required.\n\nEnsure proactive management of schedule, technical, and operational risks.\n\nCOR Coordination\nCoordinate directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding contract performance and deliverables.\n\nEnsure timely response to Government requests and action items.\n\nSupport contract reviews, status meetings, and performance evaluations.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation of communications, decisions, and contract actions.\n\nEEO Statement\nXLA is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals and is an equal opportunity employer committed to supporting equality and integrity in the workplace, professional development and education, and an entrepreneurial atmosphere. \nWe encourage qualified individuals with disabilities to apply.
