Must have worked with the Work-in- Progress (WIP) and have a thorough understanding of inner workings of balance sheet. \nSupervisory experience of a small group \nExperience in construction or construction-related industry is required \nExtensive use of job cost accounting systems, preferably Vista by Viewpoint \nHigh proficiency in MS Excel and accounting packages is desirable. \nDemonstrated ability to build business relationships within and across functions \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills \nStrong organizational and time management skills \nUnderstanding of accounting principles including GAAP \nUnderstanding of financial controls and systems\nCore Competencies:\nXLI Steward \nManagerial Courage \nBridge Builder \nPeople Builder \nContinuous Learner \nBusiness Acumen \nStrategic Edge\nThe salary range for this position is $106,000 to $150,000.
