This role is responsible for processing a high volume of vendor invoices, managing weekly check runs, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment and is committed to maintaining accuracy and accountability in all aspects of the AP process.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAccurately process a high volume of invoices-approximately 1,000 to 1,200 per month\nProcess weekly check runs, employee expense reports, and check requests\nRecord and track preliminary notices received from subcontractors and lower-tier suppliers\nReview vendor statements and reconcile outstanding or past-due accounts\nProcess and file annual 1099s in accordance with IRS requirements\nSupport various accounting projects and initiatives as assigned\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:\nMinimum 2 years of accounts payable experience required\nExperience in the construction industry is a plus\nExperience with Viewpoint Vista preferred but not required\nStrong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)\nStrong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS: In accordance with California’s pay transparency requirements, the base salary range for this position is $61,200 - $72,675 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
