This role is responsible for ensuring software applications are designed, configured, and governed to support scalable business processes, high-quality data, enterprise reporting, and future AI initiatives.\nRather than owning a single application, this position establishes enterprise standards that ensure systems across the organization work together to produce reliable, trusted, and actionable information.\nThis role partners with business leaders, IT, software administrators, data engineering, and analytics teams to continuously improve how the organization captures, manages, integrates, and leverages information.\nPlease note: This an On-site position not a Remote role.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nEnterprise System Governance\n· Lead enterprise system design reviews before implementation\n· Ensure new applications align with enterprise architecture standards\n· Establish governance standards for application configuration\n· Evaluate software requests to reduce unnecessary technology proliferation\n· Maintain enterprise application inventory and technology roadmap\nData Foundation & Information Architecture\nSupport the organization's Strengthen Data Foundations initiative by improving how information is captured, stored, integrated, and governed.\nResponsibilities include:\n· Defining enterprise data standards\n· Standardizing master data and value lists\n· Designing scalable system configurations\n· Eliminating duplicate or conflicting data\n· Improving reporting readiness\n· Supporting enterprise semantic models\n· Ensuring systems are AI-ready through consistent, structured data\nBusiness Process Analysis\n· Partner with business leaders to understand operational requirements\n· Document business processes and future-state workflows\n· Translate business needs into system requirements\n· Identify automation opportunities\n· Recommend technology improvements that reduce manual effort\nSystem Configuration & Standards\nDevelop standards for:\n· Naming conventions\n· Value lists\n· Metadata\n· Security roles\n· Organizational hierarchies\n· Status definitions\n· Workflow configuration\n· Reference data\n· Reporting structures\nEnsure every implementation supports enterprise reporting and downstream analytics.\nReporting & Analytics Enablement\nCollaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to ensure enterprise systems:\n· Produce trusted data\n· Minimize manual transformations\n· Support self-service reporting\n· Improve dashboard adoption\n· Reduce reporting complexity\nIntegration & Enterprise Architecture\nWork across enterprise applications including:\n· ERP\n· Financial Systems\n· HR Systems\n· Project Management\n· CRM\n· Operational Systems\n· Construction Management Platforms\nResponsibilities include:\n· Mapping data flows\n· Defining system ownership\n· Identifying systems of record\n· Supporting API integrations\n· Reducing duplicate information\nAI & Digital Transformation\nPrepare enterprise systems for AI adoption by:\n· Improving data quality\n· Standardizing business definitions\n· Supporting enterprise metadata\n· Creating reusable data structures\n· Reducing unstructured business processes\n· Identifying opportunities for intelligent automation\nLeadership Responsibilities\n· Lead cross-functional workshops\n· Influence enterprise technology decisions\n· Mentor junior analysts\n· Develop enterprise standards\n· Present recommendations to executive leadership\n· Serve as trusted advisor to software owners\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field\n· 7+ years supporting enterprise business applications\n· Experience with enterprise software implementations\n· Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL\n· Experience with business process analysis\n· Knowledge of data governance principles\n· Experience working with enterprise reporting platforms\n· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with one or more:\n· Microsoft Fabric\n· Power
