P&L Stewardship & Portfolio Governance: Exercise absolute P&L accountability for the ICT, Services, and Digital Solutions business units, driving revenue growth through high-margin managed services and optimizing multi-vendor software margins.\n7. Security-First Product Integration: Act as the primary governance gate to ensure 'Security-by-Design' is embedded in all SD-WAN+, Infrastructure, and Device portfolios, creating a unified secure ecosystem.\n8. Enterprise Application Strategy (SaaS): Architect and govern the GTM strategy for the SaaS portfolio, focusing on ERP, CRM, and Document Management Systems (DMS) to drive deep enterprise wallet-share.\n9. Digital Marketplace Orchestration: Direct the evolution of the company’s 'Digital Marketplace,' ensuring seamless onboarding of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and automated license provisioning.\n10. Regulatory & Sovereign Compliance (GRC): Act as the commercial SME for Indonesian data sovereignty (UU PDP) and sector-specific security regulations, ensuring all products meet national and international standards.\n11.
