Enable structured GTM planning and execution readiness\n2. Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation to support the design, planning, and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, campaigns, and strategic projects.\n3. Ensure retail readiness for network monetization\n4. Ensure all newly deployed towers are supported by \"just-in-time\" availability of active retail outlets, enabling immediate commercialization. Track, evaluate, and report outlet readiness and transaction activity to ensure effective network monetization.\n5. Lead cross-functional GTM orchestration\n6. Drive end-to-end coordination across key stakeholders (Marketing, Channels, Regions, CVM, and related teams) to ensure aligned planning and disciplined execution of GTM plans, campaigns, and initiatives.\n7. Deliver data-driven performance insights\n8. Analyze performance data across GTM initiatives, marketing campaigns, sales activities, and projects to generate actionable insights that enable continuous optimization and refinement of commercial strategies.\n9. Ensure communication consistency and execution standards\n10. Develop and standardize communication materials, campaign briefs, and internal guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, execution excellence, and effective collaboration across teams.\n11.Monitor and optimize GTM effectiveness\n12.
