Working closely with IT, Information Security, Product Management, and other business stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering innovative AI solutions that support the organisation's long-term digital transformation.\nThe main responsibilities of the position include:\nAdminister, maintain, and support enterprise AI platforms, including ChatGpt Enterprise, OpenAI Platform, Anthropic Claude ,Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and third-party AI services\n\nDesign, develop, and manage AI-powered agents and business automations Using OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core\n\nCollaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases, gather requirements, and deliver AI solutions that improve business processes\n\nManage the full lifecycle of AI agents, from design and deployment to monitoring, optimisation, and retirement\n\nDevelop and maintain enterprise AI connectors, including Connection to Microsoft Graph, Power Platform connectors, Google Workspace API, Chatgpt Custom Apps, and similar connectors\n\nDeploy, configure, and support Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable secure integration between AI platforms and enterprise systems\n\nManage API integrations, authentication mechanisms, and secure access using OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), service accounts, and related technologies\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimise AI platforms, integrations, and automation solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and security\n\nCollaborate with Information Security teams to implement AI governance, security controls, compliance requirements, and data protection measures\n\nSupport the development and maintenance of AI governance frameworks, approval processes, and enterprise AI standards\n\nManage AI platform licensing, capacity planning, usage analytics, and adoption metrics\n\nPromote AI adoption across the Group by delivering documentation, workshops, user support, and training initiatives\n\nParticipate in AI strategy discussions, platform evaluations, and technology roadmap planning\n\nResearch and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business efficiency\n\nMaintain accurate technical documentation for AI platforms, integrations, automations, and related configurations\n\nMain requirements:\nBSc/MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field\n\n3+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Applications, IT Integration, or a similar role\n\nHands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and SharePoint\n\nPractical experience working with enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise integrations, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform connectors, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO)\n\nExperience developing AI agents and automations using Copilot Studio, including knowledge grounding and Power Automate\n\nHands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building or consuming standard and custom MCP servers\n\nExperience with Azure AI Foundary, OpenAI Codex, Github Copilot, AWS Bedrock\n\nUnderstanding of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and enterprise security controls such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), sensitivity labels, and compliance frameworks\n\nExperience integrating enterprise platforms with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar systems\n\nScripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for automation and administration\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills\n\nA proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning\nThe following will be considered an advantage:\nExperience working within multi-model enterprise AI environments\n\nKnowledge of enterprise AI governance, compliance, and security best practices\n\nExperience supporting AI adoption initiatives through user training and enablement\n\nExposure to enterprise-scale AI platform administration and operations\n\nBenefit from:\nAttractive remuneration package\n\nPrivate health insurance\n\nCorporate pension fund\n\nIntellectually stimulating work environment\n\nContinuous personal development and international training opportunities\n\nThe Hiring Experience: What Awaits You\nLet’s Connect -
