This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D professional who is organised, proactive, and passionate about employee development and growth.\nIf you are ready to help create learning experiences that enable people to grow, we would love to hear from you.\nThe main responsibilities of the position include:\nAssist in the coordination, organisation and administration of various learning and development interventions\nSupport the assessment of training and development needs using team and individual development plans, performance results, surveys, data and discussions with managers and employees\nSupport the planning, preparation and delivery of internal learning activities, including the development of presentations, guides, learning materials and related communications\nAdminister the Learning Management System, maintain accurate training records and provide support to employees\nPrepare timely L&D reports to track participation, completion, progress and programme effectiveness\nAssist in evaluating learning interventions through feedback questionnaires and other written or verbal assessment methods\nMaintain CPD records and support the monitoring of annual development requirements for colleagues\nLiaise with external training providers to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of learning and development activities\nPropose creative ideas to increase learner engagement and improve the overall learning experience\nRemain informed about L&D best practices, tools, learning technologies and emerging trends\nLiaise with the Human Resources Development Authority and coordinate relevant training schemes, applications and subsidies, where applicable\nWork closely with internal stakeholders, trainers and external providers to deliver a consistent learning experience across XM\nSupport wider People & Culture projects when required\nMain requirements:\nUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field\n2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, training coordination or a related field\nExperience working with a Learning Management System, HR system or learning platform\nExperience supporting workshops, leadership programmes or blended learning initiatives\nKnowledge of HRDA training schemes and subsidy processes\nStrong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail\nA proactive, dependable and solutions-oriented approach\nStrong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English\nConfidence working with different stakeholders across a multinational workforce\nVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, large-scale organisation\nA genuine interest in personal development and in supporting the growth of others \nBenefit from:\nAttractive remuneration package plus performance related reward\nPrivate health insurance\nCorporate pension fund\nIntellectually stimulating work environment\nContinuous personal development and international training opportunities\nThe Hiring Experience: What Awaits You\nDeep Dive -
