You will be at the heart of our People & Culture operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while supporting the broader People & Culture strategy.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    Your Mission:

    P&C Operations & Administration Excellence

  • Manage and optimise P&C operational processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and labour regulations
  • Provide comprehensive P&C administrative support, including contract management, employee records, P&C policies, and compliance documentation
  • Play a key role in P&C process automation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows
  • Exelsys HCM Administration & P&C Systems Management

  • Administer and manage Exelsys HCM, ensuring the system is effectively maintained and utilised to support P&C processes
  • Act as the go-to expert for P&C systems, providing troubleshooting, updates, and reporting support to ensure data accuracy and usability
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline P&C system functionalities and enhance employee experience
  • Employee Lifecycle & Data Management

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, contract updates, and offboarding procedures
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records in Exelsys HCM and other P&C systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance
  • Generate and analyse P&C reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data
  • Coordinate employee benefits scheme, responding to employee queries and ensuring smooth execution of benefit programs
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accuracy of any payroll related data
  • P&C Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure all P&C policies, procedures, and documentation are compliant with local labour laws and international best practices
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks by maintaining accurate and well-organised P&C records.
  • Keep up to date with employment regulations and industry best practices, providing recommendations for policy enhancements

Main requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, or similar) will be considered a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role within a fast-paced, multinational organisation
  • Strong experience in HR systems management, with hands-on experience administering Exelsys HCM being a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of employment law and labour regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in HR processes
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in handling HR data
  • Ability to interpret HR data, generate reports, and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - a team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other HR tools
