This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QA Automation professional who has also demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.\nIn this role, you provide technical direction, support and suggest automation initiatives and tools that will help and guide the team toward delivering high-quality.\nThe main responsibilities of the position include:\nAct as the AQA Python Team Lead for a QA team (MQA and AQA) with focus on shift-left automation \nCollaborate with Development team to deliver high quality software\nDesign and develop the test automation framework, implement required libraries, and conduct auto-tests\nCollaborate with the QA Management team to define Drive the design and development of scalable and maintainable automation frameworks\nReview and contribute to test plans, test strategies, and code for automated test scripts\nEnsure best practices are followed in code quality, test coverage, and CI/CD integration\nParticipate in architecture and design discussions to improve overall testability and product quality\nWork closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the SDLC\nIdentify training needs and promote knowledge sharing across the QA team\nMain requirements:\nBSc/MSc in Computer Science, or related discipline\n5+ years of hands-on experience in QA \nMinimum 2 years of experience in a QA leadership role, with at least 5 direct reports\nStrong hands-on experience in test automation using Python with test frameworks, API testing, and tools like Kafka, Docker, AWS\nProven experience in building or contributing to robust test automation frameworks\nSolid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or equivalent\nBasic knowledge of containerization using Docker\nExposure to Kubernetes, preferably on AWS EKS (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service)\nHands-on experience with mocking frameworks such as WireMock, or MockServer \nExperience with performance testing using K6 (writing custom scripts, running load tests, analyzing performance metrics)\nProficient in version control tools like Git\nExcellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills\nVery good written and verbal English skills\nThe following will be considered an advantage:\nBackground in the Finance/Forex domain\nFamiliarity with tools like Grafana, web sockets testing, or asynchronous programming\nExperience testing Spring Boot applications, including integration testing with MockMvc and unit testing with Mockito or similar\nBenefit from:\nAttractive remuneration package\nIntellectually stimulating work environment\nContinuous personal development and international training opportunities\nThe Hiring Experience: What Awaits You\nShow Your Skills -
