Uzbek and Russian Speaking - Regional Marketing Manager

The Role:

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Define and create country - specific marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement demand and lead-generation marketing & rollout plans for the Uzbek Market.
• Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.
• Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during the country penetration stage, in respect to the country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
• Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary.
• Manage the regional marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
• Stay on top of current trends and best practices.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Main requirements:

• Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Native Uzbek and Russian speaker and very good knowledge of English.
• Solid experience with managing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features.
• Strong digital marketing skills.
• Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and ability to multitask.
• Dynamic and target oriented.
