Responsibilities\nEnsure customer success in designing, building, and launching Amazon Connect solutions for enterprise clients. \n\nConduct technology assessments and ROI analyses to identify opportunities for migration to AWS CCaaS (Amazon Connect). \n\nFacilitate business process and requirements reviews, translating them into scalable cloud architectures. \n\nLead architectural discussions with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment in the cloud. \n\nTranslate requirements into end-to-end contact center designs leveraging Amazon Connect, Lambda, Lex, CloudFormation, and other AWS services. \n\nOversee and mentor technical teams to deliver solutions on time, on budget, and with high quality. \n\nAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. \n\nDrive best practices in Amazon Connect delivery and architecture across all customer engagements. \n\nManage project communications, training, and enablement for customer success. \n\nRequirements\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n3+ years of experience designing and delivering Amazon Connect solutions.\n\n5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and customer-facing contact center projects.\n\nStrong background in AWS services (Lambda, Lex, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3). \n\nExperience with CRM integrations, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. \n\nHands-on scripting/coding (Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js). \n\nStrong API integration, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. \n\nFamiliarity with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP. \n\nKnowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. \n\nUnderstanding of contact center architecture, WFM, dialers, and campaign management. \n\nExposure to Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Twilio, or other contact center platforms is a plus. \n\nAdvanced English (C1) — excellent communication and presentation skills with executives and customers. \n\nAWS Certifications: Cloud Practitioner, Developer, or Solution Architect (Associate or Professional). \n\nSalesforce Certified Administrator
