automation tools. \n\nCreate design specifications, solution blueprints, and technical documentation. \n\nTranslate business requirements into well-architected, scalable solutions. \n\nCoach and mentor junior consultants and technical team members. \n\nStay updated on emerging Salesforce capabilities and GenAI advancements. \n\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years in customer-facing consulting, enterprise architecture, or process mapping roles. \n\n5+ years of CRM industry experience. \n\nStrong ability to drive requirement gathering workshops. \n\nExperience implementing or architecting Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud. \n\nHands-on experience with at least one: \n\nAgentforce or another Generative AI platform \n\nEinstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action\n\nAbility to design and optimize business processes across diverse systems. \n\nAbility to communicate solution value using storytelling and ROI mapping. \n\nComfortable using flowcharting tools (e.g., Lucidchart). \n\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional end-user experiences. \n\nStrong willingness and ability to learn new technologies
