As a Service Coordinator, you will help deploy XNRGY’s service operating model and work closely with customers, external partners, internal teams, and our national Field Service technician group.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW\nThe Service Coordinator supports start-up, commissioning, rework, and service activities for assigned mission-critical data center customer accounts. Reporting to the Project Manager or Project Lead, this role manages service request intake, coordinates cross-functional responses, prepares readiness documentation, and supports technician deployment in partnership with Workforce Management.\nSuccess in this role requires strong organizational skills, sound prioritization, and clear communication to keep teams aligned with commissioning schedules and customer needs.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nThree to five years of service or project coordination experience in manufacturing, HVAC, or a complex industrial environment.\n\nExperience with ERP, CRM, Procore or service management platforms.\n\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate across engineering, operations, and field teams.\n\nWillingness to travel to customer and project sites as needed.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nService Request Intake and Prioritization\nReceive, classify, and track customer requests related to service support, warranty, parts, and documentation.\n\nPrioritize requests with the Project Manager or Project Lead based on commissioning schedules and customer impact.\n\nMaintain an accurate tracker with clear statuses and timelines.\n\nEscalate risks and delays as needed.\n\nStart-Up and Commissioning Support\nCoordinate responses across Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).\n\nPrepare readiness packages, including documentation bundles, checklists, and technical files.\n\nSupport schedule tracking, readiness validation, and issue escalation.\n\nRework and Incomplete Unit Coordination\nTrack punch-list items, parts delivery estimates, rework instructions, and completion.\n\nFollow up across teams to reduce cycle time and aging backlog.\n\nWorkforce Coordination\nPartner with Workforce Management by submitting staffing requests with clear scope, timing, and site requirements.\n\nProvide travel and logistics details to support technician deployment.\n\nConfirm readiness requirements, including documentation, site access, safety prerequisites, tools, and parts.\n\nMaintain visibility into deployment needs.
