Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this position will perform continuous improvement and sustainment of manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and ensure proper quality.\n An overview of your responsibilities!\nPartner with Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost\n\nDevelop, optimize, and sustain assembly and manufacturing processes with a focus on ergonomics, efficiency, and quality\n\nPerform line balancing and capacity analysis using standard time data to support takt time and production targets\n\nCreate, maintain, and deploy MES work instructions, including quality checkpoints, traceability, and torque/parameter recording\n\nOwn tooling, fixtures, and equipment standards, including specifications for hand tools, power tools, and major production equipment\n\nDesign and optimize factory layouts, material flow, and error-proofing (poka-yoke) solutions, prioritizing design-based prevention\n\nLead PFMEA development and maintain associated control plans\n\nPlan and execute CapEx projects and collaborate with equipment vendors to support volume ramps and process optimization\n\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI), prototypes, and production readiness through cross-functional collaboration\n\nProvide technical documentation, failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation\n\nAnalyze production performance data and lead improvement initiatives to meet output, quality, and safety goals\n\nMentor and support process engineers and production teams through technical leadership and training\n\nWhat you'll need, among other things!\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field\n\nExperience: 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with progressive advancement\n\nProven experience in Design for Manufacturing and New Product Introduction\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle data and make data-driven decisions.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities\n\nKnowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software\n\nExperience on Change management\n\nDo you have other qualifications?
