The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, BigQuery and Spark/PySpark/Apache Beam.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and develop scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.\n\n- Build data ingestion and ETL/ELT solutions using Python and SQL.\n\n- Work with large datasets and develop pipelines from source systems to data warehouses, databases and data lakes.\n\n- Design and optimize solutions using Google BigQuery.\n\n- Develop data processing solutions using Apache Spark, PySpark or Apache Beam.\n\n- Work with GCP services such as Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud SQL, GCS and Pub/Sub.\n\n- Develop and maintain data integration and ETL processes.\n\n- Troubleshoot data pipeline and production issues.\n\n- Work with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements.\n\n- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability and data quality.\n\nMust-Have Skills:\n\n- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.\n\n- Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark / Apache Beam.\n\n- Strong experience with Google BigQuery.\n\n- Experience with at least one of:\n\n1. MySQL\n\n2. PostgreSQL\n\n3. SQL Server\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Dataflow / Dataproc.\n\n- Cloud SQL.\n\n- Cloud Composer / Workflows.\n\n- Google Cloud Storage (GCS).\n\n- Pub/Sub.\n\n- Data Catalog.\n\n- Experience with cloud data lakes and data warehousing.\n\n- CI/CD and DevOps experience.\n\nEducation :\n\nB.E / B.Tech or equivalent qualification.\n\nWhat We're Looking For :\n\nStrong technical and analytical skills, good communication and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.
