The ideal candidate will work on large-scale data integration and cloud transformation initiatives and collaborate with architects, business stakeholders and technical teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and implement end-to-end data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC / IICS.\n\n- Work with Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).\n\n- Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud and on-premise environments.\n\n- Develop mappings, workflows, task flows and transformations.\n\n- Build batch, real-time and API-based integrations using REST/SOAP.\n\n- Design data integration architecture and data models.\n\n- Work on MDM solutions including Customer 360, Business 360 and Reference 360.\n\n- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.\n\n- Implement data governance, data quality and validation frameworks.\n\n- Monitor data lineage, metadata and data accuracy.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and production failures.\n\n- Manage Secure Agents, runtime environments and connectivity.\n\n- Integrate IDMC with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake and data lakes.\n\n- Develop API integrations and data ingestion solutions.\n\n- Provide technical guidance, mentoring and code reviews.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\nMust-Have Skills : \n\n- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Integration / MDM.\n\n- 46+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC / IICS.\n\n- Strong experience with CDI, CAI and CDQ.\n\n- Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines and data modeling.\n\n- Strong SQL skills.\n\n- Knowledge of APIs and scripting using Python/Shell.\n\n- Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP.\n\n- Understanding of data governance, metadata and data lineage.\n\n- Experience with Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Informatica IDMC / MDM certification.\n\n- Experience with Customer 360 / Business 360.\n\n- Cloud migration or hybrid architecture experience.\n\n- Exposure to real-time streaming and event-driven architectures.\n\n- Experience with enterprise-scale integration projects.\n\nEducation : \n\nB.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech or
