This position will be responsible for the full stack design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis of features utilizing .Net, Angular, GraphQL, implementing a serverless architecture in AWS. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing solutions that are scalable, performance-optimized and maintainable.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for a healthcare insurance platform \nEngage with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features that meet the complex demands of the healthcare sector \nEnsure application security and compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, focusing on performance and scalability \nImplement serverless architectures on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) to optimize backend functionality \nUtilize modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) to create responsive user interfaces \nIntegrate and customize rules engines for automated decision-making and efficiency \nEmploy microservices architecture to enhance application scalability, resilience, and deployment efficiency \nUtilize GraphQL for efficient and flexible data retrieval, improving the application's data interaction layer \nMentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and ongoing learning \nStay updated on technology trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare to ensure our solutions are at the forefront \n\nWe’re Looking for Candidates Who Have:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field \nMinimum of 8 years in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio in both frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue) and backend (C#, .NET, JAVA) technologies \nProficiency in implementing solutions in cloud (AWS, Azure), including serverless environments \nStrong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. \nDemonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into a well-executed technical roadmap. \nDemonstrated experience with microservices architecture, designing, deploying, and managing independently scalable service components \nExperience with GraphQL for building APIs and efficient data retrieval. \nStrong background in SQL or NoSQL, database design, and complex data architectures \nProficient in AWS OpenSearch for building scalable search and analytics solutions, including indexing, querying, and optimizing search performance in distributed systems \nSkilled in AI-first development practices utilizing Claude Cursor or Codex for intelligent code generation, accelerated development workflows, and enhanced productivity \nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of DevOps practices. \nExceptional problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and leadership skills \nExperience in the healthcare sector, especially with claims processing is a plus \nSolid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards is a plus \nBonus: Experienced in iOS and Android app development, building cross-platform mobile applications with native performance and seamless user experiences \n\nFull compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.\n₹2,500,000—₹3,500,000 INR\nXO Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
