Financial Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Estonia.
Compensation: 4,000 - 4,700 EUR monthly gross, based on your experience and seniority level.
About the role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial decisions that drive Xolo forward. Working closely with leadership, you’ll analyze financial data, develop strategies for sustainable growth, and provide insights to optimize profitability and cash flow. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of financial planning in a dynamic startup environment.
You'll thrive in this role if you love tackling financial challenges and using your skills in Google Sheets and Excel to analyze data and uncover insights. This role is a blend of strategy and hands-on work, where your collaboration across teams will play a key role in driving financial stability and growth.
As a Financial Analyst at Xolo, you will:
- Develop and refine financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Work with leadership to create budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning strategies.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Optimize cash flow management and investment strategies to support company growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Support fundraising efforts, including financial due diligence and investor relations.
What makes you a great fit?
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role - preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other financial planning tools.
- A deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to support financial modelling, analysis and research.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- The ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for process efficiency and automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Estonian.
