You will be our first in-house HR professional in Spain, giving you the opportunity to shape how we manage the employee processes. From employment contracts and payroll admin to fostering an excellent employee experience, you will be the go-to person for all things HR in Spain.\nBeyond that, you'll work closely with our People team and external partners to keep our international HR operations running smoothly. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping things organised and making sure people processes run smoothly as the company grows.\nAs a People Operations Specialist at Xolo, you will:\nEmployment in Spain\nOwn the full employee lifecycle for our team in Spain, from onboarding to offboarding.\nMake sure our practices follow Spanish labour law and the applicable collective agreement.\nWork with our payroll provider and external advisors, ensuring that payroll inputs, Social Security registrations and reporting are correct and on time.\nManage occupational health and safety for our team in Spain.\nBe the first point of contact for employees in Spain on contracts, leave, benefits and other employment questions.\nHR operations across the company\nPrepare and manage employment documents for different countries, using our templates and working with local advisors when needed.\nManage day-to-day work with our EOR partners: onboarding and offboarding, contract changes, and checking payroll and leave data before it is final.\nPrepare and manage independent contractor agreements and keep contractor records up to date.\nKeep employee records and HRIS data accurate, and support reporting and audits.\nSupport other people-related admin, such as residence and work permits, option agreements and benefits changes.\nImprove HR processes on a local and group level, following the best industry practices.\nWhat makes you a great fit?\nAt least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a HR Operations or Generalist role.\nFluency in Spanish and English.\nStrong knowledge of Spanish labour law, collective agreements and payroll processes, and experience applying them in practice.\nExperience preparing and managing employment contracts and other employee documents.\nExperience with international HR, or a strong interest in it.\nExcellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.\nA service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.\nComfort with shifting priorities and taking ownership of your area.\nWhy Xolo?\nWe invest in your well-being: Choose between health insurance or a sports membership, enjoy a one-time home office setup bonus, and receive a monthly remote work allowance.
