This is a role for someone who wants full ownership of the existing-customer lifecycle - driving deeper engagement, expansion, and loyalty - and who can turn that advocacy into stories the rest of the business can use.\nHow You’ll Contribute:\nChampion-Led Growth Strategy\nOwn and execute the CLG strategy across the existing buyer base, driving advocacy, referrals, and account expansion at scale\nBuild advocacy mechanisms - referral programs, review/reference programs, incentive structures, and integration/plug-in opportunities - that convert satisfied buyers into active champions\nIdentify and prioritize which accounts and buyer segments are best positioned for expansion, referral, or advocacy motions\nCustomer Engagement & Retention \nDesign the account engagement journey for existing accounts, including triggers, segmentation, and offers that drive re-engagement and deepen adoption\nPartner with various Marketing teams to translate strategy into executed campaigns - this role owns the playbook and the outcomes\nContinuously test and refine triggers and segments based on account behavior and performance data\nAdvocacy & Customer Storytelling\nTurn the advocacy engine into a pipeline of buyer stories - case studies, testimonials, and proof points that Sales, Marketing, and cross functional teams can use\nPartner with Commercial Marketing & Enablement to ensure buyer stories feed directly into sales enablement assets\nBuild repeatable processes for sourcing, capturing, and publishing buyer stories at scale\nWhat You'll Bring to Xometry:\n5+ years of B2B lifecycle, customer/account based marketing, or growth marketing experience, ideally within a marketplace or platform business\nDemonstrated experience designing and running lifecycle programs (triggers, segmentation, nurture) that measurably grow existing accounts\nTrack record of building advocacy or referral programs from the ground up\nComfort working cross-functionally with channel owners (e.g., email/MarTech) where you own strategy and outcomes but not day-to-day execution\nStrong analytical skills - comfortable defining segments, reading account-level data, and tying lifecycle activity back to bookings growth\nFluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow - for research, content, analysis, and experimentation. This is a baseline expectation for the entire marketing team\nClear, direct communicator who can turn buyer advocacy into compelling stories for internal and external audiences\nPreferred\nExperience in a two-sided marketplace model\nFamiliarity with customer marketing or advocacy platforms (e.g., referral/review tooling, customer marketing platforms)\nComfort operating in a high-growth environment where programs are built before all the processes exist\nXometry is an equal opportunity employer.
