The right candidate will drive business insights and continuous improvement, bring a quantitative, data-driven mindset, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.\nHow You’ll Contribute: \nFinancial Analysis & Strategic Reporting\nData Analysis: Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities\nReporting: Prepare and deliver in-depth standard reports, performance reviews, and ad-hoc analyses for management\nForecasting: Consolidate company forecasts, track cost centers, and enhance reporting for critical financial metrics\nBusiness Reviews: Oversee margin analysis across the P&L, conduct monthly actuals-to-forecast reviews, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership\nCash Flow Planning: Develop and maintain short-term and long-term Cash Flow forecasts to support liquidity management and investment decisions\nScenario Planning: Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess financial outcomes and support strategic initiatives\nBudgeting: Build and model the budgeting process by collecting, analyzing, reporting, and consolidating data from various stakeholders\nAutomation: Drive automation and process improvement in financial reporting and forecasting cycles to increase accuracy and efficiency\nBusiness Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration Support\nStakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business owners to guide investment decisions, monitor performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities\nAd-hoc Analysis: Conduct financial analysis as needed to support business growth initiatives and contract negotiations\nDecision Support: Build and execute custom financial reports and management presentations for senior leadership and investor relations\nOptimization: Recommend and implement productivity and cost-efficiency initiatives to support Xometry’s long-term financial sustainability\nWhat You’ll Bring to Xometry:\nExperience: 5-8+ years in Finance with strong exposure to FP&A, reporting, and controlling; experience in international or multi-entity environments \nSystems & Tools: Advanced Excel/GSuite skills required; experience with large dataset enterprise data warehouse, ERP, financial planning systems\nEducation: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field\nAnalytical Strength: Proven ability in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis\nCommunication Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proactive, structured, and hands-on working style\nAbility to work onsite 3 days a week\nThe estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $78,400-112,000 annually depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
