This individual plays a key role in ensuring the utmost excellent customer experience and driving customers to successful outcomes. The current openings are for this shifts: 1:30pm EST to 10:00pm EST (10:30am PST to 7:00pm PST).\nHow You'll Contribute:\nReceive and process sales orders, including, but not limited to, accurately determining customer account, part number, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses and terms\nCommunicate with customers to resolve discrepancies between orders, driving towards a successful outcome for customers\nNavigate multiple websites and systems in order to research information as it pertains to the customer\nPartner with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering to remove barriers to customers placing orders. \nExecute in a rapidly changing fast paced environment that requires strong teamwork.\nOptimize customer experience by serving as one of the main points of contact for requests or questions to purchase orders. \nWhat You Will Bring To Xometry:\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\nExcellent organization, project management, and time management skills\nTenacity in overcoming obstacles while maintaining productive and positive working relationships.\nAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage time effectively\nAccuracy in entering information and data to multiple systems. \nPrevious experience in a relevant position, administrative or customer service setting.\nEquivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification.The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $42,000 - $50,000 annuallydepending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
