You will directly support sales leadership while driving the development and implementation of our sales analytics and data strategy, while identifying trends and recommend solutions or processes to drive sales effectiveness.\nHow You'll Contribute:\nCreation, analysis, and distribution of reports and dashboards for Sales\nCreate ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed\nProblem-solving and troubleshooting data reporting inaccuracies\nAssist in creating, maintaining, and optimizing analytic models\nFollow and develop reporting best practices\nTransform data into actionable insights and visualize it effectively using tools like Looker\nDemonstrate a passion for working with data and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights\nServe as a liaison between our data needs and what is currently available, guiding data cleansing efforts when necessary\nPossess the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders with data-driven insights\nWhat You'll Bring to Xometry:\nBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a relevant discipline. Master's degree preferred\n3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on sales analytics\nAdvanced in SQL and Looker (not Looker Studio), and preferably LookML\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders\nAbility to independently source and assess data for relevance\nFamiliarity with data cleansing processes and experience in data cleaning is a plus\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.\nAble to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change\nNice to have experience using: Snowflake, Salesforce, dbt (data build tool), GitHub, Excel\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\n Please submit your resume in English\nXometry is an equal opportunity employer.
