This includes generating prototypes, validating ideas, and contributing to production-ready outputs using modern AI-assisted tooling.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTranslate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable design solutions\nUse AI-assisted tools to accelerate research design, prototyping, and iteration across the product lifecycle\nTranslate designs into production-ready outputs using tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar AI-enabled environments\nPartner with engineering by contributing to code-adjacent artifacts (e.g., component logic, structured prompts, or prototype code)\nLeverage AI to synthesize research insights, explore solution spaces, and validate design decisions\nContinuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools and workflows to improve delivery speed and quality\nWhat You’ll Bring\n8+ years of product design experience working on digital products\nA strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and visual design\nSolid skills in one or more of the following AI design tools (e.g. Figma, Bolt, UX Pilot, Pencil, and modern design systems) and Development/workflow environments (e.g. Make, Cursor, Claude,Github)\nAbility to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate feedback\nComfort working within defined product direction and constraints\nHands-on experience using AI tools in design, research, or development workflows\nExperience moving from design artifacts (Figma, flows, mocks) to functional prototypes or code using AI-assisted tools\nComfort working in ambiguous, evolving workflows where AI is part of the execution layer\nAbility to evaluate when to use AI vs. traditional approaches\nWhat Will Set You Up for Success\nYou’re comfortable delivering the right artifacts at the right time using modern, AI-enabled tooling, from translating Figma designs into functional prototypes or production-ready code, to leveraging tools like Cursor, Claude, or similar systems to accelerate design and development workflows.\nBias toward action and deliverability using AI to reduce cycle time and increase output quality\nProactive in identifying where AI can replace manual effort or de-risk decisions early\nStrong collaboration and communication skills.
