This role involves leading a team of Sourcing Specialists and Coordinators to resolve the company's most complex manufacturing challenges, while also driving customer-first resolutions for its most complex projects. The Team Lead will provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to ensure efficient order placement, high-quality customer outcomes, and adherence to key performance metrics. This role combines people leadership with: technical problem-solving; customer and supplier negotiations; and strategic problem-solving within a rapidly growing department.
