Quality Control Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure that manufactured parts and assemblies meet technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality across suppliers and internal manufacturing processes within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect manufactured parts and assemblies for compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using standard measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges; CMM reports where applicable)
Document inspection results and prepare clear quality documentation, including non-conformance reports
Identify quality issues and collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing partners to implement corrective actions
Support incoming inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product release
Maintain traceability documentation and ensure all quality records are complete and audit-ready
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality processes and supplier performance
Requirements
Completed technical education or relevant experience in quality control, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
Experience in supplier quality, incoming inspection, or supplier development
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and general quality management principles
Familiarity with CAPA / 8D reports and root cause analysis methods
Experience working in a manufacturing or multi-supplier environment
Professional & Personal Skills
Strong understanding of technical drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and common manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience with measurement equipment and inspection methods
High attention to detail with a structured and reliable working style
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
Language Skills
Native-level proficiency in the local language
Additional languages are considered a plus
