You will work across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI-powered solutions, developing features from concept to deployment.\n\nThis role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems, writing clean code, and exploring Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agent-based applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.\n\n- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.\n\n- Deliver end-to-end features, covering database design, backend logic, and frontend development.\n\n- Design and optimise queries across MongoDB and relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.\n\n- Implement real-time communication using WebSockets or Socket.IO.\n\n- Integrate third-party APIs, LLM services, and AI-powered capabilities into applications.\n\n- Develop AI features using prompt engineering, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and tool calling.\n\n- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Python and suitable frameworks.\n\n- Develop supporting backend services using Python and FastAPI.\n\n- Write maintainable, testable code and perform unit and integration testing.\n\n- Troubleshoot issues, improve application performance, and follow security best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, CI/CD, deployment, and application monitoring.\n\nMust-Have Skills :\n\nFrontend Development :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.\n\n- Understanding of state management, client-side routing, and server-state management.\n\n- Experience with API integration, HTTP clients, and component libraries.\n\n- Ability to develop responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces.\n\nBackend Development :\n\n- Good knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.\n\n- Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.\n\n- Understanding of REST API design, authentication, authorisation, and application security.\n\n- Familiarity with WebSockets or other real-time communication technologies.\n\n- Working knowledge of Python and/or FastAPI.\n\nGenerative AI & Cloud :\n\n- Experience integrating LLM APIs and building AI-powered application features.\n\n- Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, vector search, and tool calling.\n\n- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or agent development tools.\n\n- Basic knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, or Lambda.\n\n- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, Git, and collaborative code reviews.\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of software engineering fundamentals.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills :\n\n- Exposure to Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\n- Experience with Docker, containerisation, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Familiarity with vector databases and advanced RAG techniques, including hybrid search, reranking, metadata filtering, or Graph RAG.\n\n- Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent orchestration, or multi-agent systems.\n\n- Knowledge of Redis, caching strategies, API documentation, and application monitoring.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.\n\nEligibility Criteria :\n\n- B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 1 -
