mentor junior developers.\n\n- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and QA teams to deliver high quality solutions.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\n\n- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in full stack development.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.\n\n- Strong experience in Node.js and Nest.js.\n\n- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.\n\n- Hands on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized workloads.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.\n\n- Familiarity with CI CD pipelines, Git and Agile Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Experience with workflow engines such as jBPM or Flowable is a plus.\n\n- Exposure to LLMs, Vector Databases and RAG frameworks is an advantage.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.\n\n- Ability to lead
