Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!\nWat ga je doen?\nAls planner/roosteraar bij XONAR ben jij de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat onze hulpverleners op het juiste moment en op de juiste plek zijn. Je stelt efficiënte werkroosters op, houdt rekening met de wensen van medewerkers en lost roosterconflicten creatief op. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de planning voldoet aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving.\nJe werkt nauw samen met de manager bedrijfsvoering en draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van de personeelsinzet. Bovendien biedt deze functie maximale flexibiliteit, doordat je vanuit elke locatie kunt werken.\nJouw verantwoordelijkheden:\nOpstellen en beheren van werkroosters, inclusief communicatie over wijzigingen;\n\nCreatief oplossen van roosterconflicten en omgaan met personeelstekorten;\n\nZorgen voor naleving van arbeids- en rusttijden conform wet- en regelgeving.\n\nOndersteuning en advisering van MT.\n\nRequirements\nWie zoeken wij?\nJe hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau;\n\nKennis van wet- regelgeving (ervaring met cao jeugdzorg is een pré);\n\nJe hebt ervaring met roosterplanning (ervaring met C-quential en youforce is een pré)\n\nJe bent communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en kunt snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving;\n\nJe bent organisatorisch sterk en vindt het fijn om je uren flexibel over meerdere dagen te verspreiden.\n\nDeze functie is ideaal voor jou als jij affiniteit voor planning en organisatie hebt én graag je werkuren flexibel indeelt.\nWat bieden wij jou?\nSalaris: schaal 7 conform cao Jeugdzorg;\n\n8% vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% (in totaal is dit meer dan 16% bovenop je salaris);\n\nEen goede pensioenregeling;\n\nRuimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling;\n\nExtra’s: bedrijfsfitness, fietsplan en een zorgkostenvergoeding;\n\nEen jaarcontract voor 18 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.\n\nVrijheid om vanuit thuis te werken.
