Join our team and be part of the XOX experience!\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nAssist walk-in customers, present, and promote XOX products and services to existing and prospective customers.\n\nTo provide good customer service to the customers by being proactive to approach customers, attentive to customer queries and assist them courteously, inform customers on ongoing promotion.\n\nEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.\n\nResponsible in generating leads to acquire new customers.\n\nActively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company.\n\nAchieve agreed upon sales target and outcome within schedule.\n\nRequirements\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n\nStrong sales orientation with the ability to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships.\n\nCustomer-focused, with a positive and friendly approach when dealing with customers.\n\nGood command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.\n\nProactive, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.\n\nResponsible, dependable, and demonstrates a positive working attitude.\n\nGood team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.\n\nWilling to work according to retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.\n\nAble and willing to work at Dataran Pandan Prima, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.\n\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS\n\nMinimum SPM qualification;
