In this role, you'll work on business-critical systems and drive features from initial problem definition through to production and ongoing reliability. responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nOwn End-to-End Delivery: \nOwn features from requirement clarification through design, development, deployment, and monitoring.\nIdentify gaps, edge cases, and risks early in the development cycle.\nDrive decisions when requirements are unclear or evolving.\nFollow up with stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment.\nDeliver outcomes with accountability for quality and timelines.\n\nWork Across Teams to Drive Execution: \nCollaborate with Product to clarify requirements and challenge assumptions.\nPartner with QA to ensure test coverage and release readiness.\nWork with DevOps/SRE to enable reliable deployments and observability.\nAlign with Data and Analytics teams to validate business logic.\nCommunicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and early.\n\nBuild and Scale Backend Systems: \nDesign and build backend services using Node.js .\nWork with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.\nDevelop systems using asynchronous processing patterns (e. g., Kafka).\nImplement search and indexing solutions where needed (e. g., Elasticsearch).\nDesign systems for scalability, resilience, and performance.\n\nBuild Secure, Enterprise-Ready Systems: \nImplement secure APIs and access control mechanisms.\nEnsure data protection through appropriate handling of sensitive data.\nBuild systems aligned with enterprise-grade security expectations.\nIncorporate security considerations into design and development decisions.\n\nEnsure Quality and Production Reliability: \nWrite and maintain high-quality, reliable code.\nInvestigate production issues and drive root cause resolution.\nImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting for services.\nImprove system stability through ongoing fixes and enhancements.\n\nUse AI to Improve Execution: \nUse AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and debugging.\nApply judgment to validate outputs and maintain code quality.\nIntegrate AI into day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency.\n\nWork with Cloud-Native Infrastructure: \nBuild and run services in containerized environments using Docker.\nWork with Kubernetes-based deployments.\nContribute to system reliability through understanding of scaling and failure handling.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience building backend systems using Node.js .\nExperience working with distributed systems and asynchronous architectures.\nExperience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.\nExperience working in cross-functional teams to deliver software.\nAbility to take ownership of features from concept to production.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on business outcomes.\nClear communication and ability to work across stakeholders.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.\nExperience with Elasticsearch or similar search technologies.\nExperience working with Docker and Kubernetes.\nExposure to security practices in enterprise
