Joining our team means you’ll work in a high performing global organisation where employees collaborate and strive to make XP Power the first-choice power solutions provider delivering the ultimate experience for our customers and our people.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCreate, review, and manage PCBA BOMs based on schematics, Gerber files, and design documentation.\nEnsure BOM accuracy by verifying component specifications, part numbers, and manufacturer data.\nCoordinate with design engineers to align BOM with PCB layouts and schematics.\nInterface with procurement and suppliers to confirm component availability, lead times, and cost.\nMaintain BOM versions and changes using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools or ERP systems.\nPerform cross-checks for alternates, obsolete parts, and recommend replacements.\nSupport NPI (New Product Introduction) by generating and updating BOMs for prototype and pilot builds.\nCollaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to resolve component-related issues.\nEnsure compliance with RoHS, REACH, and other regulatory standards\n Key Qualifications and Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field\nAt least 2-3 years of experience in process engineering and analysic BOM\nStrong understanding of electronic components and PCBA design principles.\nExperience with BOM management tools, PLM/ERP systems (e.g.,SAP).\nFamiliarity with schematic capture and PCB design software (e.g., Altium, OrCAD).\nAttention to detail and excellent documentation skills.\nGood communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities.\nCan read and understand technical document/technical drawing.\n XP Power provides a safe and healthy working environment that is stimulating and collaborative, where employees are empowered to make a real difference.
