Develop supplier base and prefer suppliers. \nDrive supplier negotiation and competitiveness of cost, delivery, quality, supply flexibility.\nWork with cross functional team and stakeholders to improve supplier performance.\nSupport supplier escalation of delivery, price, and other business issues.\nDrive KPI improvement in cost saving, MOQ, leadtime, payment term, incoterm, flexibility program.\n Minimum 5 years of experience in Category and Sourcing roles in electronics manufacturing industry.\nKnowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical. \nGood analytical, communication and presentation skills.\nGood English (and Mandarin is a plus).\nStrong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Power BI.
