Joining our team means you’ll work in a high performing global organisation where employees collaborate and strive to make XP Power the first-choice power solutions provider delivering the ultimate experience for our customers and our people.\n As the facility manager, you will\nSupervise, train, and manage maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping staff.\nManage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for all facility systems, including security equipment (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, perimeter protection), and cleaning and landscape management.\nMonitor compliance with all local and state building, electrical, plumbing, chiller, compressed air, fire alarm, firefighting system, water treatment system, PA, CCTV, cleaning, landscaping, scrap control, and safety/security regulations.\nOversee daily site security operations, ensuring access control, guard force performance, visitor management, and protection of company assets.\nConduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, landscaping areas, power distribution, plumbing, temperature-humidity control systems, cleaning standards, security infrastructure, and scrap management areas to determine maintenance or improvements needed.\nScrap Control: Monitor, manage, and ensure proper disposal or recycling of scrap materials in compliance with company and legal regulations.\nDevelop specifications and statements of work, and make recommendations for major facility, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap-related expenditures.\nEstimate costs and obtain/review bids for major facility, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap projects.\nInitiate purchase orders and schedule all facility, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap control works.\nOversee performance of external contractors such as maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap management vendors to ensure compliance with specifications, safety, and timelines.\nConduct security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective or preventive actions.\nLead incident response for facility, security, or safety-related events; ensure proper reporting and follow-up.\nEnsure all facility, security, cleaning, landscaping, and scrap personnel meet job requirements, receive required training, and follow established procedures.\nPerform all supervisory and administrative functions in line with company policies.\n To be successful, you will have\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.\nStrong experience operating chiller systems, air compressors, alarm control systems, and integrated monitoring systems.\nProject management experience.\nOrganize and agile to manage multiple priorities.\nGood time management and problem-solving skills.\nFluency in both written and spoken English.\n XP Power provides a safe and healthy working environment that is stimulating and collaborative, where employees are empowered to make a real difference.
