Joining our team means you will work in a high performing global company where employees collaborate and strive for excellence.\n Based on the working area assignment at QE, the engineer will follow the KPI to work and to meet Sustaining product quality requirements.\nManage the quality of material during manufacturing process and feedback to SQE team if found any quality issue related to material.\nManage the whole process from Assembly until Packing for all Mass Production products.\nMonitor the yield and pass rate of quality for continuous improvements.\nLead the QRQC at Assembly / Box Build process.\nConduct regular line audit to ensure line conformance and 5S is in place.\nWork with the cross functional team during process flow and FMEA creation.\nCreate Control Plan.\nWork with other XP sites for any quality related matters.\nWork with Engineering and R&D for issues & advice of solution during the MP build, follow up for closure.\nWork with Cross Functional Team for Continuous Improvement.\nPrepare and provide Quality report to XP Management in a regular basis.\nParticipate in corrective action requests, root cause analysis, problem-solving teams as related to issues detected in the line.\nExperience using statistical techniques (SPC's, Gauge R & R).\nExperience working with projects in APQP/PPAP environment is preferred, but not essential.\nPerform other duties as directed by the Superior or Management.\n 3 years of work experience, at least 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience.\nEnglish fluent communication.\nFamiliar with the ISO series system.\nThe implementation of the IPC-610 class 2, to meet production requirements.\nParticipated in the training of SPC/ISO/Lean\nKnowledge on SPC, RCCA, 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan\nGood in analytical, interpersonal and with good team collaboration \n XP Power provides a safe and healthy working environment that is stimulating and collaborative, where employees are empowered to make a real difference.
