Come join us in crafting solutions the world does not know of yet!\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign of AC/DC, DC/DC switch mode power supplies utilizing various topologies.\nTake products from concept to volume production while ensuring that it meets performance specifications, schedule, cost & reliability targets.\nCollaborate with the cross-functional team (PCB layout, Mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test and Quality engineering) to ensure that design meets all DfX requirements.\nSelect raw materials, components and suppliers based on product performance specifications, reliability and regulatory requirements.\nParticipate in research and development of new technologies.\nParticipate in internal design reviews.\nPerform circuit simulations, DFMEA, component stress analysis, reliability prediction calculations, Design Verification Testing and write technical reports.\nPrepare documentation for product release.\nSupport RMA group with root causes analysis.\n Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 10-12 years of work experience\nExperience in mixed signal circuit design, simulations, and test of power electronics.\nWorking knowledge of power conversion principles, topologies, and technologies.\nExperience designing electronic assemblies and/or power conversion products.\nRF and High Voltage experience is preferred \nAbility to execute a test independently, from setup to result reporting is necessary\nExperience in validation with strong debug skills, problem tracking \nExperience with test data collection and analysis\nExperience with test plan & test procedure development is a plus\nIn depth understanding of control theory.\nStrong project management experience.\nAbility to make economic judgments with respect to product cost and manufacturing process.\nExcellent verbal, written and organizational skills.\nExcellent mathematical and analytical skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks with minimal supervision.\n Additional information (Location)\nBased in The Philippines\nMust be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas, Metro
