Joining our team means you will work in a high performing global company where employees collaborate and strive for excellence.\n Duties & Responsibilities\nDesign and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency.\nDevelop and maintain process control plans to ensure consistent and defect-free soldering.\nConduct process qualification and validation studies.\nPerform preventive maintenance on wave soldering equipment.\nTroubleshoot and resolve soldering issues, including rework processes.\nManage spare parts for soldering equipment.\nInspect PCBs for solder quality and cleanliness.\nEnsure adherence to quality standards and specifications.\nWork closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the wave soldering process.\nProvide technical support and training to soldering technicians.\nParticipate in new product introduction (NPI) activities to ensure manufacturability and maintain process control to ensure a consistent and zero-defect soldering process.\nAnalyze soldering process data to identify areas for improvement.\nImplement and track process improvements.\nKnowledge of wave soldering principles, processes, and equipment(wave machine, fluxer, washing and coating...).\nFamiliarity with soldering materials, fluxes, and cleaning agents.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.\nProficiency in using soldering equipment and tools.\nKnowledge of soldering defects and troubleshooting techniques.\nExperience in wave soldering processes, PCB manufacturing, and soldering equipment maintenance.\n Graduated University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering\nIdentify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.\nGood at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D/ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)\nStrong analytical skils\nHard working, ability in problem solving ( 4M, 5 Why, Pareto, PDCA... & independent working.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAttention to detail and a commitment to quality.\nKnowledge of electronic manufacturing processes.\nUnderstanding of quality control and statistical process control (SPC) methods.\n XP Power provides a safe and healthy working environment that is stimulating and collaborative, where employees are empowered to make a real difference.
