connection with the expansion of our activities and the team, we are looking for a Project Manager to join us and be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of the dedicated team and keeping the high quality of the provided services.\nRequirements\n\n3+ years of Project Management experience in software development projects\n\nProven experience managing ERP or CRM implementation projects\n\nExperience managing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations\n\nStrong analytical mindset with experience working with project KPIs, delivery metrics, reporting, and project analytics\n\nPractical experience using project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar)\n\nExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies)\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment\n\nStrong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills\n\nExperience working with European and/or U.S. customers\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nUpper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English\n\nHigh level of ownership, responsibility, flexibility, and self-motivation\nWould Be a Plus\n\nExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 products\n\nPMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar Project Management certifications\n\nExperience working in software consulting or outsourcing companies\n\nExperience with resource planning and project financial management\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage and take full ownership of software implementation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle\n\nEnsure successful project delivery within the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations\n\nBuild trusted relationships with customers and maintain effective communication throughout the project\n\nShape and manage customer expectations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction\n\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor project execution across Business Analysis, Development, QA, Architecture, and Support teams\n\nProactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation actions and involving cross-functional experts when required\n\nTrack project performance using project KPIs, delivery metrics, reporting, and analytics\n\nFacilitate project planning activities, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Steering Committees, and customer meetings\n\nManage project documentation, reporting, forecasts, and delivery plans\n\nSupport project estimation, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities for new opportunities\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery practices\n\nProvide leadership, motivation, and support to project team
