The Application Specialist I will support XPEL’s daily operations and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe, high-performance work environment.Core Duties\nInstall XPEL products(one or more)onentry level jobsasdefineddifficulty rating/management. \nWork with other senior level installers to increase capabilities and skillset.\nEnsure all installations are completed to XPEL’s quality benchmarks by performing initial inspections and making minor adjustments for a flawless finish.\nFollow all XPEL safety guidelines andparticipatein ongoing XPEL training to expand installation skills and product knowledge.\nCommunicate effectively with XPEL team membersto ensureefficiencyismaintained.\nOther duties as assigned\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GEDequivalent or local equivalent desired\n18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience\n6 monthsinapplication ofautomotiveprotective products(XPELPreferred).\nAbility to work effectively within a team environment.\nStrong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail.\nEffective communicationskills.\nPhysical ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto 50lbs, and perform detailed tasks.\nMust have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nMust meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy\nDesiredQualifications\nCertifications in one or more services (e.g.,tintingand ceramic coatings) from recognized providers such as XPEL or 3M is preferred\nXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
