In this role, you will be responsible for taking conceptual design ideas and creating visual representations of them, for traditional/print and digital mediums that help our sales channels tell the XPEL story, blending traditional design production skills with hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools. This is a great opportunity for a design professional who enjoys fast-paced, high-volume production work and wants to be at the leading edge of AI-assisted visual content.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSomeone who is equal parts designer and technologist - comfortable in traditional Adobe/Figma production workflows but excited to use AI tools to generate and refine vehicle imagery quickly and accurately. You take pride in clean, consistent, dealer-ready output and enjoy solving creative production challenges at scale.\nCore Duties\nCreate and design various materials for print and digital collateral\nPartner with the creative, sales, and marketing teams to translate requests into polished, on-brand deliverables.\nPrioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and restrictions\nEnsure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest degree of quality\nProvides seamless transition of artistic vision from concept to realized product\nBuilds technically accurate files according to departmental standards and supplied specifications\nMaintain existing brand guidelines across all creative and graphic materials and contribute to further development of a “best-in-class” organizational brand identity\nIdentifies inconsistencies between creative concept, production file and Company standards, then actively seeks out solutions to keep work moving forward without sacrificing quality or deliverability\nCreate and maintain artwork files and documentation for production on printed mediums, digital distribution, and cross-platform use\nDevelop graphics for use in product illustrations, promotional materials on social media, pre-production mockups, website content, and more\nPlan and schedule multiple overlapping projects and deliver on time and on budget\nExercise excellent judgment and make recommendations that balance the needs of the company\nHave the ability to manage multiple competing and important priorities quickly and effectively communicate back to other stakeholders.\nHave a strong sense of urgency, integrity and impeccable professionalism.\nDemonstrate knowledge and experience with graphic art software, applications, and utilization of digital resources\nGenerate AI renders of vehicles to support marketing and sales collateral.\nStay current on emerging AI design and generation tools, and recommend ways to improve production workflows.\nEnthusiastically represent XPEL and present a professional appearance\nConstantly be learning\nHave a strong creative problem-solving ability\n Job Requirements\n1-2 years of experience performing production, graphic design functions with a strong demonstrative portfolio or body of work\nHands-on experience with AI creative tools, including Nano Banana, Artlist, Midjourney, and Claude.\nBachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design/ Digital Design, Visual Communication, Media, or equivalent experience\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.\nStrong sense of trend spotting across all facets of visual communication on a global scale\nAbility to work independently and as a member of a team\nStrong written and verbal communication skills - consider combining with next two\nAbility to work well with others both in-person and across other locations via remote communications\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams\nAutomotive, aftermarket, or dealer-industry design experience is a plus.\nXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
